Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $80, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies based on location but typically ranges from 1–2 weeks. Please note that delays may occasionally occur.
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Duties & Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
