• Only purchases made on shop.lobuild.com are eligible for refunds or returns. If you purchased from other websites, please contact the seller directly for refunds.
• Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, along with the receipt. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, it will not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for the shipping charges of returns due to personal reasons. Please carefully consider your orders before placing them.
